Job description:
Established sign, graphics, and vehicle wrap company (9+ years in business) is looking for a well-rounded, hands-on installer/production specialist who can handle both installs and in-shop production. We’re a fast-paced shop—quality, efficiency, and attention to detail matter here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Install vehicle graphics, partials, and full wraps
- Prep vehicles (cleaning, disassembly, surface prep) and reassemble when needed
- Remove existing graphics and wraps
- Install banners, yard signs, window graphics, and general signage
- Print, laminate, weed, and mask vinyl graphics
- Operate large format printers (Mutoh, Roland), plotters, and Seal laminators
- Read and follow job specs (materials, sizing, color profiles, finishing)
- Inspect prints for color accuracy and overall quality
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Keep workspace clean, organized, and production-ready
- Log job activity accurately in Monday.com
What We’re Looking For
- Sign/wrap shop experience is required (not entry-level)
- 2+ years in vinyl production preferred
- 5+ year of hands-on wrap or sign installation experience
- Ability to install efficiently without cutting corners on quality
- Comfortable working independently and with a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a sense of ownership over your work
- Familiar with RIP software (VersaWorks, Flexi)
- Comfortable reading a tape measure and working with basic math
- Experience with vehicle disassembly/reassembly (handles, mirrors, lights, etc.) is a big plus
Requirements
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Honest, dependable, and shows up ready to work
- Able to lift up to 80 lbs and handle physical shop/install work
- Willing to occasionally travel for installs if needed
