GRAPHICS PRO EXPO Is Closing Its Doors

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT:

(…and some throwback photos)

After years of bringing the graphics industry together for education, hands-on demos, and face-to-face connection, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue the GRAPHICS PRO EXPO (GPX) trade show series.

This decision was not made lightly. When Cahaba Media Group acquired GPX, we believed deeply in the value of bringing this industry together in person, and we still do. But buyer behavior in the small and mid-sized shops at the heart of GPX’s audience shifted significantly coming out of the pandemic. Research and purchasing moved online, and that attendance base simply did not return to pre-pandemic levels.

We want to be clear about what this means and what it doesn’t.

“We remain deeply committed to this industry and the people in it. That isn’t changing, just the shape it takes.”
Matthew Conroy, President & CEO, Cahaba Media Group

GRAPHICS PRO Continues Strong

GRAPHICS PRO magazine, and everything it stands for, is not going away. Readership for GRAPHICS PRO’s print and digital content has remained strong throughout this period. The audience is still there; the way they engage has evolved. In response, we’ve expanded our digital content, launched a redesigned digital edition, and intensified our focus on educational and product-driven webinars.

GRAPHICS PRO will continue to serve the three core markets you count on us for:
✓ Signage & Wide-Format Printing
✓ Awards & Customization
✓ Apparel Decoration

In addition to its monthly print magazine and recently redesigned digital edition, new products are planned for the coming months. We’ll have more to share soon.

Thank You
To everyone who exhibited, attended, presented, or helped us build GPX over the years: thank you. You made those events meaningful. The relationships, the learning, the industry community you helped create will not go away.
We look forward to continuing to serve you through GRAPHICS PRO.
