At Cassel ( www.casselteam.com ) our mission is to Make Vehicle Graphics Easy. We are looking for team-players who share this same passion to join our growing organization.  We are a multisite wrap shop focused almost exclusively on providing the best commercial vehicle graphics in the industry.

We are seeking experienced vinyl installers to join our installation team.

EXPECTATIONS

  1. Install
    1. Take direction from shop manager for what tasks to work on
    2. Lean and use our project management software to find jobs, proofs, project details
    3. Utilize server to locate pictures and measurements
    4. Be accountable
    5. Attend weekly installation meetings
    6. Wash vehicles before install, to the specification of the shop manager
    7. Wrap/letter vehicle following Cassel standards
    8. Efficient with time management and pace of work
    9. Take pictures of finished vehicles
    10. Maintain a tidy work space
    11. Have the back of your team mates
    12. Represent Cassel’s core values, and the “installer values lived out”
    13. Think like an owner
    14. Strive to achieve goals laid out
    15. Assist with material prep when asked
